Terms of Service

"Services" means any domain registration, web hosting, VPS, SSL certificate, or other product offered by us. "Account" means the customer portal/client area used to manage orders. "Content" means any data, files, code, or material you upload, host, or transmit through the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Domain name registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant domain registry, registrar, and ICANN (where applicable), in addition to these Terms. By registering a domain, you represent that the WHOIS/registrant information you provide is accurate and agree to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for renewing your domain(s) before expiry — we are not liable for the loss of a domain due to non-renewal, an expired payment method, or outdated contact information on file. Domain transfers, disputes, and ownership changes are handled in accordance with the applicable registry's transfer and dispute resolution policies (e.g., UDRP).

Hosting, VPS, and related infrastructure plans are provided on a "fair usage" basis unless a specific resource limit is stated on the relevant plan. We may take reasonable action — including throttling or temporary suspension — if an account's resource usage (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, I/O) negatively affects the stability of shared infrastructure or other customers. While we perform routine backups where offered, you are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of your Content; we are not liable for data loss.

You agree not to use the Services to host, transmit, or engage in:

• Unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;
• Unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, or email harvesting;
• Malware, viruses, botnets, or other harmful/malicious code;
• Unauthorized access attempts, port scanning, or network attacks (e.g., DDoS);
• Cryptocurrency mining or activity that abuses shared server resources;
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without prior notice where warranted, any account found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

Fees are due in advance according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.), unless stated otherwise. Domain and hosting renewals are billed automatically before expiry unless auto-renewal is disabled from your account. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of Services and, for domains, eventual expiry/release of the domain after any applicable grace period.

Any refund eligibility, money-back guarantee period, or cancellation policy applicable to a specific plan will be stated on the relevant product or pricing page at the time of purchase. Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees are generally non-refundable once processed, as these are paid to third-party registries on your behalf.

We aim to maintain high availability for our Services and may publish an uptime commitment on our website. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, upstream network/provider issues, or actions taken to protect the security and stability of our infrastructure may result in temporary downtime that does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

You may cancel your Services at any time through your client account or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice where the situation warrants, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that poses a risk to our infrastructure, other customers, or third parties.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website belong to Hostvion or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission. You retain ownership of the Content you host through our Services and are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and distribute it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostvion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or business — arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hostvion harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
